COMPLETED IN 2012

This split-level design perfectly accommodates the challenging slope of its enviable block. A sweeping Merbau timber path curves past the lower level and up to an impressive skillion roofed entry, which is balanced upon heavy posts of Spotted Gum. These posts then reach outward to greet visitors as they approach beyond the raised, Eastern-inspired garden.

THE CONCEPT

Found at the focal point of the property,
the Merbau-decked area with its
stunning feature waterfall pours down
into the swimming pool, cooling the breezes
and adding a visual element to the entrance
that links the front and back gardens.
