Replacing an old brick residence on a site that sits on the edge of the beautiful Karuah River in New South Wales, called for a fresh and contemporary design to compliment the lush surroundings of the site. White and grey tones have been used in different forms to create a minimalist look. This , combined with a central courtyard and floating cabana, make for a timeless residence that will never need replacing.
The concept was based around a central courtyard that incorporates an acrylic spa that spills into the pool, along with a white cabana that was to appear floating.
