Modern Beach House

Situated in covet-able Sunshine Beach, Chris didn’t hold back when it came to his own new display home & Chris Clout Design Office. Incorporating modern design with the much loved beach style we combined a lot of our favourite elements into this design. The house transitions into many different zones giving an incredible sense of space.
